Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable language
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering, or a relevant medical or business-related field from a reputable university
- Preferably, prior experience in B2B sales within a similar or related industry
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flawless command of the English language
- Possesses high energy, maintains a positive outlook, and exhibits professional demeanor
- Exhibits unquestionable character and demonstrates a natural understanding of professional business ethics

Job Description
General Function
- The Product Specialist will play a vital role in driving sales through product expertise, training, and active engagement with sales teams and clients.
- This role involves mastering every facet of the assigned product line—including features, specifications, applications, and competitive positioning—while collaborating with sales teams to promote and increase product adoption.
- The ideal candidate is highly proactive, deeply knowledgeable, and able to present products persuasively to enhance sales performance and market reach.
Specific Duties
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop Product Mastery: Fully understand and document the features, configurations, options, pricing, and competitive positioning of assigned products. Continually assess market trends, clinical applications, and customer needs to stay informed on new developments.
– Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales staff to provide the insights and tools necessary to promote assigned products effectively. Actively encourage and assist sales teams to drive product sales through ongoing support, training sessions, and persuasive presentations.
– Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitive products and market data, including installed base statistics, to position products optimally in the market and support sales strategies.
– Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver convincing product presentations tailored to management, colleagues, sales teams, and customers, fostering interest and engagement with the product.
– Marketing Support: Assist during company marketing initiatives, such as trade exhibits, field promotions, and other activities, to showcase the product’s value and drive customer interest.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide service marketing and administrative support, ensuring cohesive alignment across departments to boost overall product success.
– Training and Development: Attend all relevant training and seminars, both locally and internationally, to ensure product knowledge remains current and competitive.
– Leadership in Product Marketing: Take charge of marketing activities directly related to the assigned product, coordinating with other teams to amplify product reach.
– Additional Duties: Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative support functions as needed to drive product growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Able to grasp highly technical information and able to communicate the same in simple terms
- Graduate of Marketing, Electronics / Computer Engineering, or any medical-related course such as Nursing or Medical Technology, or any business course from a reputable university
- Has proven communication skills with good command of English language; with high energy, positive outlook and professional bearing; with unquestionable character and natural understanding of professional business ethics

Job Description
Application Specialist

Responsibilities
- Perform product demonstrations for medical equipment, particularly 2D-Echocardiography/ Ultrasound Equipment, highlighting the equipment’s advantageous features and benefits
- Perform end-user’s trainings (2D-Echocardiography Imaging) and lectures on the use of the same equipment sold by the Company
- Regularly visits company equipment installed base to make sure the same equipment are working per its specifications and used properly and to the fullest
- Provide first line of technical service support to customers including the performance of preventive maintenance procedures
- Provide product training, updates and other support functions to company sales and other service personnel.

Job Description
- Entry level sales position, assigned to manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the medical industry, including hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions, in areas in Batangas or Laguna.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities within key accounts and strategize on expanding our product offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market developments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates, insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and drive growth
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:

- Holders of engineering (Electronics or Computer engineering), marketing, business or medical related (Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Nursing, etc.) degrees from reputable universities
- With excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and has the wherewithal to schedule appointments and converse with medical professionals including hospital owners
- Able to understand medical equipment products, applications and healthcare regulations
- Highly creative, able to generate ideas on how to approach the market
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach

Product Sales Specialist
Job Description
- Handles all of the company’s business related to specific suppliers
- Making sure all the company’s sales commitments to those suppliers are met/exceeded.
- He/she creates/implements competitive product marketing and pricing strategies;
- Prepares standard templates for quotations, presentations and contracts
- Conducts product training to sales executives and dealer representatives
