Key Account Specialist
Job Description
- Â Entry level sales position, assigned to manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the medical industry, including hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions, in areas in Batangas or Laguna.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Â Act as primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities within key accounts and strategize on expanding our product offerings
-  Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market developments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates, insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and drive growth
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
The candidate:
- Holders of engineering (Electronics or Computer engineering), marketing, business or medical related (Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Nursing, etc.) degrees from reputable universities
- With excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and has the wherewithal to schedule appointments and converse with medical professionals including hospital owners
- Able to understand medical equipment products, applications and healthcare regulations
- Highly creative, able to generate ideas on how to approach the market
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach
- With advanced skills in the use of computers and similar devices
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Job Description
- Assist the Regulatory Affairs Officer in making sure the company is able to abide by all legal requirements to operate and sell its products and services in the Philippines.
- Conduct comprehensive research on existing and upcoming regulatory requirements for medical equipment in the country.
- Interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to product importation, sales and marketing processes.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, including technical files as required for product clearance and approval.
- Collaborate with foreign suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to gather the necessary data and information for regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and notified bodies during the approval process, responding to any inquiries or additional requests.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, advising the organization on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and address any non-conformities.
- Support post-market surveillance activities, including adverse event reporting and product recalls, if necessary.
- Participate in the development and improvement of regulatory processes and procedures within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
The candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific or engineering field (e.g., Pharmacy, Engineering, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all regulatory documents.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with foreign suppliers, cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.

- Regularly visits company equipment installed base to make sure the same equipment are working per its specifications and used properly and to the fullest
